If you are not happy with your order, you can  return it  unopened and unused for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your product after trying it, we’ll happily provide  a store credit. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, and the products you’d like to return and we’ll take care of the rest, or call 1-386-001-1187.

Manufacturer Defectives*

We’re sorry you received a product that wasn’t working or didn’t arrive as advertised. In the event this happens, please email us within 60 days at [email protected] and include your order #, a photo or video of the defect or misrepresented product, and a description and we’ll take care of the rest. I received the wrong item or one of my products were missing

That’s on us and we apologize.  Please call us at 1-386-001-1187 or send an email to [email protected] within 48 hours and include your order # and a photo of the wrong product and we’ll take care of the rest. If your item was out of stock, we’ll either issue a refund or send you the item as soon as it’s available.
